I LOVE SMOOTHIES! Smoothies are a delicious snack that you can buy from numerous shops which are popping up all over the place! I must admit that I was once intimidated by creating fruit smoothies, however, it really is so easy! I literally just look around my freezer/ pantry, see what I have, & throw a smoothie together. Once you start making these healthy -dare I call them- desserts, you will be patting yourself on the back in NO time! Here is my recipe!
- 2 Frozen Bananas
- 2 cups of Strawberries
- 2 Carnation French Vanilla powder packs (You don’t need this, but if you are using the smoothie as a meal replacement, the protein & vitamins help you to feel full!)
- 1 1/2 Cups of Almond Milk
Step 1: In a blender, add sliced strawberries and bananas.
Step 2: Add 2 Carnation French Vanilla powder packs
Step 3: Measure out 1 1/2 cups of Vanilla Almond Milk
Step 4: Add ice & milk
Step 5: Blend! Blend! Blend! Do a little dance!

Step 6: Serve & Enjoy!
